In a politically fickle capital like Manila, in a politically kinetic country such as the Philippines, a TV mini series with socio-political themes that nobly lists voter education as one of its goals should be right on the nose.

The Philippines has an interesting political history and legacy. Democracy is said to be alive and most at home in this country. Filipino voters are frequently reported to be aware, active, and committed, as evidenced by two peaceful uprisings called People Powers 1 and 2 in 1986 and 2001, which ousted two presidents charged of wrongdoing.
