Dow Jones exit from CNBC International will have minimal impact on Asian network.(Cable & Sat News)

CNBC will assume sole control of CNBC International channels, including CNBC Asia Pacific, following Dow Jones' exit from the partnership. However, this will have no the Singapore-based channel. According to a statement released in the US on July 21, CNBC Asia Pacific will become wholly owned by NBC Universal's CNBC subject to regulatory and legal approvals "and to the mutually satisfactory resolution of certain structural matters between now and December 31, 2005".
