Hong Kong: i-Cable Communications Limited (i-Cable) implements a package of corporate re-organisation and programming initiatives. These initiatives target i-Cable's market expansion. The re-organisation involves the formation of three wholly-owned operating subsidiaries--i-Cable News Limited, i-Cable Sports Limited and i-Cable Entertainment Limited--which are grouped under i-Cable Media Limited.
i-Cable's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer StephenT H Ng announced these initiatives at a ceremony celebrating the launch of new-look Cable TV news and movie platforms.
