UK: Snell & Wilcox has unveiled Quasar a new HDTV up-converter that integrates motion compensation technology. Quasar offers a new platform that utilizes motion estimation techniques based on Snell & Wilcox's Ph.C technology to produce high definition outputs from a variety of standard definition inputs.
