Australia: Sky News has installed Quantel's new-generation sQ server system for a second time. The network had first adopted Quantel's broadcast systems ten years ago. Located at Sky's new facility in the Foxtel complex in North Ryde. The system is based on three sQ servers with a total of 36 ports and 250+ hours of IMX30 broadcast and co-located browse storage. The system supports 14 sQ Cut and two sQ Edit desktop editing applications and four sQ Edit Plus craft editors.
