Worldwide: Crystal Vision announced the upgrading of the Demon broadcast de-embedding monitor, from 8-bit to 12-bit. The 12-bit Demon 2 supports applications requiring the monitoring of video and embedded audio at the same time. Demon 2 can convert SDI with embedded audio into combinations of component, composite, Y/C and SDI distribution, while de-embedding 20 bit AES and analogue audio simultaneously.
