RGM was established in 1982 by Robyn Gardiner as a talent management company representing actors out of Australia, and eventually extended representation to include directors, writers, filmmakers and celebrities. Artistes developed by RGM, including Cate Blanchett (Lord of The Rings, Babel), became internationally recognized while the company went on to establish relationships with international agents who co-represent talent from Australia in the US and UK.
