When one thinks about 3D animation, the image of Singapore seldom floats to mind. Hoping to bring about a sea change in that perception is Singapore director Benjamin Toh, who is in the process of distributing his sophomore 3D animation feature Legend of the Sea. The executive producer of Singapore's first animated 3D full-length feature film Zodiac, The Race Begins (2006), has reprised his EP role and assumed directorial reins for his new offering.
