On the 100th anniversary of his newspaper, publisher Dolph C. Simons, Jr. shared his philosophy and perspective with those who'd assembled to acknowledge the Lawrence (Kan.) Journal-World's milestone and to recognize the 200th birthday of the Bill of Rights.
