Aimed at SOHO PC users, the Pulsar Esprit Power Cluster 1.4-kVA uninterruptible power supply with external expandable battery modules can back up two computer servers for over 10 hours. Its suite of "Internet-grade" monitoring and communications features includes Windows 2000 integration and XML Web-based management.
The modular system can be configured with power ratings from 1.4 kVA to 13.5 kVA, with prices starting at $1584. Both USB and RS 232 connections are provided.
