A decontamination formulation develpoped at the National Nuclear Security Administration's Sandia National Laboratories was one of the products that helped rid Capitol Hill buildings of anthrax last autumn. The "decon foam" was used in the Hart Senate Office Complex, the Dirkson and Ford Congressional offices in Washington, and in contaminated Capitol Hill mailtooms.
