The party heralding the arrival of San Francisco's Victoria Traina in New York, thrown at Jimmy's Downtown by her doting mother, Danielle Steel, and her brother Trevor Traina, wasn't exactly the 19-year-old's official debut. But it was her New York coming-out party--and she was an hour and a half late. "My sister is late because she's being sewn into her outfit," Trevor announced. But it was worth it Arriving with the duo who designed her look, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler, Victoria couldn't have looked better.
A few nights before, Trevor had also played host for the evening, when he and Vanessa Getty threw a cocktail party at the Bottega Veneta boutique in San Francisco to benefit the Tenderloin Childcare Center. In L.A., Costume...
