Ana Lucia Adam, one of the three fabulous de Teresa sisters of Mexico City, has gotten all worked up about jewelry--her own. The 30-year-old heiress is the latest socialite to join the working world--following Marie-Chantal of Greece, Lulu de Kwiatkowski and Fernanda Niven--with her new line of bijoux.

On a little business advice from her husband, Scottish banker Nick Adam, the budding designer launched a collection of gold, semiprecious stones and diamonds, and a gaggle of girlfriends like Cordelia Lanvin and Christina d'Ornano are buying them at private sales in Paris and London. More sales are planned in L.A., New York and Careyes, Mexico.
