Third time's the charm for Samantha Kluge, who's decided to tie the knot again-to Frank Capra III, grandson of the director of It's a Wonderful Life. Kluge, who lives in Los Angeles, believes that New York is partly to blame for misbegotten marriages. "That city makes the soul restless," she says.

She's also got some advice for the wave of society gals whose marriages have imploded in recent months. "Chant," she says. "Duncan Sheik, my Buddhist sponsor, taught me that. I have a-tattoo that says FREEDOM FROM SELFISH DESIRE. It's a Buddhist thing. Buddha walked in the desert for 10 years, and he was just your average, really rich man who found enlightenment. If he could, then why can't you and I?"
