The Prince of Wales and Camilla Parker Bowles may be out from the shadows, but don't expect to see the newlyweds socializing at San Lorenzo, mingling with the fashion crowd or collecting new celebrity pals. Charles and Camilla's social set--their court, if you will--has been fully formed for decades, and they're not taking new members.
