Energized About Efficiency.

With rising costs, the looming threat of fuel shortages and President Bush's announcement of a broad new national energy policy, energy efficiency is again at the forefront of the national agenda. Public attention will inevitably turn to residential energy efficiency as part of this renewed focus, and I'm proud to report that new homes are 100% more energy-efficient than they were in the early 1970s, when the need for energy conservation first became a national issue.
