So now, Inland Materials Distribution Inc., based in Norcross, Ga., is the parent of five operating companies involved in metals distribution and processing:

Joseph T. Ryerson/East, Philadelphia, headed by president Francis W. Thorley.

Joseph T. Ryerson/Central, Chicago, headed by president Carl G. Lusted.

Joseph T. Ryerson/West, Seattle, headed by president Frank H. Beal.
