IBM and Intel have teamed up to promote a standard framework for Internet security software. Under the alliance, IBM and Intel will promote adoption of the Common Data Security Architecture as the industry standard for security software. Internet security programs now are built on a variety of frameworks, making them inoperable on some software packages.
