The DRAM glut in U.S. markets could moderate when Commerce imposes punitive tariffs on Korean chips. drams from Hyundai will be subject to punitive tariffs of 13.11%. Chips from LG Semicon will carry a 10.67% tariff. Previous dumping tariffs had been 3.95% for Hyundai and 9.04% for LG Semicon.
