Trillium Digital Systems.(Brief Article)

Intel is spending $300 million acquire Trillium Digital Systems, a communications software and services provider. Trillium will become part of Intel's new Network Processing Group. Trillium's software architecture will be integrated into the Intel Internet Exchange, or IX, architecture, which is the blueprint for a new family of networking chips.
