TW Metals.(constructing a new facility in Orleans, France)(Brief Article)

TW Metals of Exton, Pa., is constructing a new facility in Orleans, France, 75 miles south of Paris, that will double the company's European warehouse and processing capabilities. Both sales and operations will relocate from St. Nazaire in northern France to Orleans. Construction is scheduled for completion by year-end to serve aerospace, petrochemical, food processing and other major process industries in the Rhone Valley.
Germany's ThyssenKrupp, the world's largest producer of stainless steel, has acquired the steel plant of India's Raymond Ltd. for $52.7 million.
