Solectron's acquisition binge is not over. The number-one contract manufacturer says it will purchase the outstanding shares of NatSteel Electronics, the sixth-largest contract manufacturer. The deal is valued at about $2.4 billion. Solectron expects to complete the acquisition by the end of the year.
