* Market research by Deutsche Bank Securities says the average selling price of cellular telephones in the U.S. has continued to slide--dropping another 2% in the third quarter, to about $145. That's down 10% from a year ago. And, because the market is so competitive, consumers could pay even less for better phones next year, analysts project.
