Grocery chain Supervalu will acquire Total Logistics.(Supervalu Inc.)(Total Logistic Control L.L.C.)(Brief Article)

Grocery chain Supervalu will acquire Total Logistics, a warehousing and transportation company, in a deal worth about $233 million, including assumed debt. The terms of the agreement have been approved by the boards of directors of both companies. Supervalu will pay $28.50 in cash for each Total Logistics share and will assume Total Logistics' outstanding debt.
