diCarta, a provider of enterprise contract management software, and Capgemini U.S. recently struck a global strategic alliance to address the increasing demand for contract management related services and solutions in the life sciences industry, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical equipment companies.
Capgemini and diCarta are working together to jointly develop and deliver contract management solutions that are of particular interest to life sciences companies including: sales contracts (establishment, compliance management, and performance monitoring and analysis); licensing and IP contract establishment and compliance; and supplier contract management solutions.
