By Staff The ongoing housing recession, concerns about additional fallout from subprime mortgage defaults, a weaker manufacturing sector, and a slower pace of hiring are all helping to revive expectations of the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates. Note: After a big drop in February factory orders, there's concern that businesses are feeling more cautious and cutting back on capital investments that require big loan packages.
