Univar Buys Chemcentral.(Brief article)

By Staff Chemical distributor univar increased its $600 million offer to buy Chemcentral to $650 million after competitor Brenntag made a competing bid in March. At press time, Chemcentral and Univar had agreed to terms for a deal.
