> By Staff With a Rebound emerging in NAND flash demand, Samsung Electronics, which controls more than 40% of the market, is switching capacity from DRAM chips back to NAND flash. Analysts say this production transition eventually could help stabilize and then boost DRAM prices. iSuppli market researchers say something has to give "since the DRAM is so weak that some makers are selling their chips practically at cost."
