A 55-year-old black male presented with ocular hypertension and a significant history of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). His initial evaluation was unremarkable, but his systemic history may reveal a predilection for the development of glaucoma.

Exam Findings

This patient initially presented as a new patient for a standard ocular evaluation. Although his own ocular history was unremarkable, he has a brother with glaucoma.
