Arizona State University will present best practices for integrating strategic sourcing with supply management in its four-day course. The "Strategic Sourcing and Supply Management Program" will provide participants with a process model for strategic sourcing and supply management, accompanied by a framework for strategy development.
Attendees will learn about tools and techniques for strategic cost management and for measuring total cost of ownership.
