WHEN IT COMES TO ILLEGAL immigrants, the hard times David Moberg describes in his article ["HERE's Hard Times," December 3] are largely self-inflicted. We accept illegals as long as they pay their dues. They know that the federal government does little to enforce its own immigration laws.
