SO NORTH KOREA HAS THE bomb, but anyone can worry about a real nuclear weapon. It takes a visionary to worry about nonexistent weapons, and George W: Bush is growing more visionary with each passing day. While the news of a very real Korean nuclear arsenal has caused quite a stir in such faraway lands as Japan, Bush has been concentrating, of course, on an Iraqi arsenal of weapons, both real and imagined.
