MEANWHILE, THE FAILURE to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq is a growing problem for the administration, too. Even the Republicans on the relevant congressional committees have a faint institutional interest in finding out something about what went wrong, though their political interests will surely keep them from digging very deep.
