While U.S. forces ferret out terrorist factions in Iraq, it looks like officials at Camp Delta in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, are settling in for a long stay. In late August, the military announced plans for the construction of an additional unit to hold and interrogate detainees from the war on terrorism.
