Who could object to a new Museum of Tolerance? In 2004, the Los Angeles-based Simon Wiesenthal Center announced it would erect a version of its museum in the heart of Israeli West Jerusalem, designed by Frank Gehry himself. The digging commenced--only to stop when it began turning up human skeletons.
