The Financial Times (March 13) reports that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is finally consulting at a high level with Health Canada on the increasingly urgent issue of cross-border pharmacy sales from Canadian stores to U.S. patients. For months now, daring Canadian drug entrepreneurs have been creating Web sites and mail-order services to deliver price-controlled Canadian drugs to U.S. consumers.
