As of press time, passengers can once again bring cosmetic liquids, aerosols and gels aboard their flights. But the rules are strict; toiletries must be travel-sized (three ounces or less) and carried in a see-through, quart-sized ziplock hag. To avoid any hassle at airport security, it's still wise to pack smart (see "Pack With Packettes," page 92), steer clear of as many liquids as possible and choose creamy solids or powder formulas for your carry-on.
