Using Pickdirector Express from Siemens Dematic (www.siemens-dematic.us), a warehouse worker is directed by the pick-to-light storage system to select items. The worker places the items in the shipping container indicated on a display above the conveyor.

When orders for that station are completed for each of the indexed totes, the entire group is moved to the next picking station.
