The Utah Department of Commerce announced JEFFERY P. MILLINGTON has been selected as director of the division of public utilities. Previously, Millington served in several positions with Questar Gas. He replaces CONSTANCE B. WHITE, who has been named program director with the Western Renewable Energy Generation Information System.
