KEITH M. WOODWELL has been selected as the new director of the Division of Securities of the Utah Department of Commerce. Woodwell has held several positions within the U.S. State Department both stateside and abroad, served as associate general counsel to the Utah Legislature and was an associate attorney with Kesler & Rust.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a J. D. from Brigham Young University's Law School in 1995.
