Atlanta-based architect Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates is architect for a 30-story office tower in Charlotte, N.C. Atlanta-based Batson-Cook Co., the general contractor for the $120 million project, was selected on a negotiated basis. Klein Properties is the developer. The anchor tenant for Three First Union Center will be First Union Corp.
