SUN COMPANY will sell its Amalie lubricant line to Tampa, Fla.-based Petroleum Packers Inc. Arealie, which Sun acquired from Witco Corporation in 1996 as part of the Kendall lubricants purchase, markets motor oils, hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases and commercial and industrial lubricants. Petroleum Packers will gain the Amalie brand name, supply contracts with more than 100 distributors and a distribution center in Dallas.
