Agency plans to release detailed information about US chemical plants DESPITE CONCERNS expressed by federal law enforcement and intelligence professionals and its own contractors, Environmental Protection Agency is going ahead with plans to make available on the Internet highly detailed information about US chemical plants and other industrial facilities.
