BAYER CORPORATION'S rubber business group has established its first extranet site in response to customer's desires for a more efficient secured communications vehicle. The site is designed to help expedite order processing and entry, and technological inquiries. It is currently in effect as a pilot program with Bridgestone/Firestone's Decatur plant, exclusively, to help process and quickly address customer complaints.
