Warrick Pharmaceuticals has issued a voluntary recall of a single lot of its asthma medication, albuterol metered-dose inhaler aerosol 17g. The recall was issued after a patient returned an inhaler that did not contain the active drug. The recall affects lot 9-BBS-525, distributed by Warrick between late April and early May. No other lots are affected.
