AFTER SIGNING an exclusive licensing agreement, Merck KGaA and the South Alabama Medical Science Foundation have granted Merck's cosmetic health and nutrition division the fights to market naturally occurring reduced folates globally. EM Industries Inc. will be responsible for the sales and marketing in the US.
Target markets include the fortified and functional food areas and the dietary supplement industry.
