FOUR US SENATORS have filed a legal brief asking the Supreme Court to sustain a lower court's decision to throw out the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) new air quality standards. "In filing this brief with the Supreme Court, we seek to clarify our firm belief that the EPA has been wrong in its interpretation of the law and the intent of Congress regarding the setting of new clean air standards," said Sen.
