BASF Outlines Growth Strategy In Major Markets.

The company will focus on health and nutrition following acquisitions. BASF POSTED record sales during its fiscal second quarter, mainly because of the strong performance of its cyclical and commodity products. But because of a refocusing of the company's business portfolio, non-cyclical operations will soon account for around 60 percent of the company's sales.
