Many opportunities exist for new applications of specialty surfactants in soap and detergent products in the near future. Consumer demands for more heavy-duty laundry products in concentrated liquid forms that provide fabric care and the fast growth of bath and shower products have contributed to the growth of specialty surfactants in recent years.
