HUNTSMAN CORPORATION has completed the purchase, of the European surfactants business of Albright & Wilson from Rhodia SA for a total value of [epsilon]205 million ($185 million). The acquisition includes seven manufacturing facilities, including the commercial and R&D facilities in Birmingham, UK.
